Part-Time Business & Leadership Courses

The following accredited BCIT courses will be hosted by the Whistler Institute during 2024.

New students to BCIT will need to register for a BCIT A# in order to register (the same link can be used if you have forgotten your A#).

Managing Employee Performance and Conflict (XHRM 1105)

  • Increase employee engagement and optimize productivity by applying performance and conflict management strategies!

    This course is ideal for new supervisors/managers or those aspiring to move into a management position, it will equip them with the skills they need to manage a team. Students will learn to motivate employees, resolve conflict, and lead change with the goal of increasing employee engagement and driving employee and organizational success.

Indigenous & Intercultural Awareness Program

BCIT has partnered with the Líl̓wat Nation in Mount Currie, BC and the Whistler Institute to bring you a custom Indigenous & Intercultural Awareness Training program. The program is for employers, employees, and individuals in the Sea-to-Sky region to learn about and better understand their Indigenous Líl̓wat neighbours.
