Why look at local delivery of the program?
There are a shortage of cooks in the Sea to Sky region and the existing training is currently only offered in the lower mainland which adds the expense of travel, accommodation, and missed work for local residents.

The ITA Professional Cook Program prepares learners for employment in the food industry by providing an authentic learning experience in industry kitchens to develop their culinary knowledge, skills, and professionalism.
