TAKE NOTICE that the 2022 Annual General Meeting of the members (Directors) of the society will be held at the Whistler Chamber of Commerce Boardroom: 4230 Gate Way Dr #201, Whistler, BC V8E 0Z8 at 9am on the 29th day of September, 2022.
The business to come before this meeting will be as follows
(a) The report of the Directors for the past year
(b) Consideration of the financial statements for the past fiscal period
(c) The appointment of accountants for the ensuing fiscal year
(d) The election of Directors for the ensuing year
(e) The transaction of such other business as may properly be brought before the meeting

Quorum at a meeting is a simple majority of Directors but not less than 3 members present all the time
Proxy voting is prohibited
Meeting AGM Agenda with draft resolutions will be circulated with board meeting materials.
