TAKE NOTICE that the 2023 Annual General Meeting of the members (Directors) of the society will be held online via Zoom at 7:30pm on the 18th day of September 2023.

The business to come before this meeting will be as follows:
(a) The report of the Directors for the past year
(b) Consideration of the financial statements for the past fiscal period
(c) The appointment of accountants for the ensuing fiscal year
(d) The election of Directors for the ensuing year
(e) The transaction of such other business as may properly be brought before the meeting

Quorum at a meeting is a simple majority of Directors but not less than 3 members present all the time.
Proxy voting is prohibited.
