New pathways created for VCAD’s art and design students to ladder into BCIT School of Business programs

We are pleased to see our partner, the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT), in the news for developing pathways for design and art students from the Visual College of Art and Design (VCAD).

A recent news article explains that ‘VCAD graduates looking to build on their education will now have the opportunity to transition seamlessly into the BCIT School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program’.

“BCIT is pleased to recognize the skills that successful VCAD students will carry with them into the BCIT applied learning environment,” said Kevin Wainwright, Associate Dean, BCIT School of Business.

Students who complete the full pathway will have earned a diploma from VCAD, an Advanced Diploma in Business Management, and a BBA degree from BCIT. To learn more about the pathways visit the VCAD site.
