Aimed at students who wish to gain professional knowledge on planning and executing unique events with the objective to work in the area of event management.
The Event Planning course focuses on the key elements for creating unique events and covers the strategy of a successful event, from proposal stage to delivery and execution.
Students plan an event from start to finish and learn skills regarding event production, event timelines, the science of balancing costs with objectives, vendor management, risk management plans, communications, production schedules, post-event analysis and feedback.

-Event management techniques, event strategy, event models, event plans
-Different types of clients, corporate clients, and sponsorships
-Metrics of event success (KPIs), post event analytics and feedback loop
-Account management and customer relations
-Vendor management and risk management
