Join Sam Roberts of Be Happy Remote to learn about building your personal burnout prevention plan. This workshop will walk you through the common signs, symptoms, and environments that cause burnout. You’ll leave with both ‘preventative care’ and ‘urgent care’ strategies for battling burnout at work. Preventative care strategies are ones you can implement now to avoid burning out, whilst urgent care strategies are the ones to implement when you start experiencing the symptoms of burnout.
Attendees will get access to a free burnout prevention playbook PDF resource. This is also a great opportunity to meet other local professionals, remote workers, and entrepreneurs!
Registration is required for this session! Email publicservices@whistlerlibrary.ca to sign up. If you have any questions to submit ahead of time, please send them to Jeanette at jbruce@whistlerlibrary.ca.
