Whistler Learning Centre expands Chainsaw Safety Courses in 2019

The Whistler Learning Centre is pleased to announce four Chainsaw Handling courses for spring 2019

The Whistler Learning Centre is delighted to bring this popular 1 day 8 hour chainsaw handling course to Whistler and Pemberton in April 2019. Building on the successful delivery of this course in Whistler in 2018 there will be 4 courses offered over the two locations.

This course is a must for anyone who uses a chainsaw at work or in their back yard. Participants will learn how to safely handle a chainsaw, starting with a classroom session before heading into the field for practical exercises. The course will be delivered by instructor John Courchesne, who has been teaching chainsaw safety for 10 years and has over 30,000 hours of chainsaw experience after starting out in the forest industry 40 years ago.

Pemberton Dates: Thursday 11 April, Friday 12 April
Whistler Dates: Friday 26 April, Saturday 27 April
Time: 9am-5pm
