This brand new short course is the first of several aimed at equipping new or aspiring leaders with the skills they need to manage a team. Indigenous & Intercultural Awareness Program
BCIT has partnered with the Líl̓wat Nation in Mount Currie, BC and the Whistler Institute to bring you a custom Indigenous & Intercultural Awareness Training program. The program is for employers, employees, and individuals in the Sea-to-Sky region to learn about and better understand their Indigenous Líl̓wat neighbours.
