Need clearer direction for your organization, to get your team moving in the same direction?
Strategic planning is a great way to do both! This strategic planning ‘how-to’ workshop will introduce you to strategic planning, and go further so you can design and deliver the process for your business. Join the Whistler Chamber for a two-part workshop facilitated by WCS Engagement + Planning (formerly Whistler Centre for Sustainability). Not only will you be introduced to strategic planning tips, tools and techniques, you will practice using them during the workshop. You will receive a number of strategic planning templates so you can jump into the process easily.

  • Learn about the Business Model Canvas as a framework for identifying your key strategies
  • Learn key tips, tools and techniques for designing and delivering the process and engaging your team in developing your strategic plan

This training takes place over 2 sessions:

  • Tuesday, April 13 – 10AM – 12PM
    • ​Introduction to strategic planning
    • Introduction to the business model canvas and identifying your strategies
  • Thursday, April 15 – 10AM – 12PM
    • ​Introduction to designing and delivering the process, including tips, tools, techniques and templates

Location: Virtual meeting, held on Zoom.
This is a meeting style event, so attendees cameras will be on, but their microphones muted during the presentation. There will be an opportunity to ask questions using the chat feature in Zoom.
Fees/Admission: Chamber Members – $49, Future Members – $99.
