Transforming teams and organizations requires commitment to change. Commitment is gained when people feel heard. People feel heard when they are engaged in conversation. The first conversation is with yourself, to build your confidence and skills to lead transformation.

The AIM Changer course is a game-changing experience that incorporates proven expertise, practical tools, personal reflection, and focused conversations that can be immediately applied to teams and organizations to drive change.

Date: December 5-6 (Thurs-Fri), 2019
Time: 8:30 Breakfast. 9:00am – 4:00pm course
Location: Delta Whistler Village Suites, 4308 Main St, Whistler, BC V0N 1B4
Registration Fee:
$1,895+tax (REGISTRATION CLOSED. Contact Whistler Learning Centre for more information.)
Breakfast, lunch, refreshments and all materials included. Accommodation and dinner is separate.

Cancellation policy: Course is subject to minimum numbers. Course provider retains the right to cancel the course up to 30 Days before Dec 5. Cancellation by attendees within 21 business days prior to course start date is subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost. “No show” on day of course will be charged the full amount.

About the Instructors

Jennifer Campbell, CPCC

Jennifer has been leading change in organizations for 20 years. She is a certified coach and an engaging facilitator with a direct and energetic style. A sought after ‘thinking and execution’ partner, Jennifer is a versatile adviser to leaders with a practical approach to enabling change and aligning teams. She has spearheaded many changes in her life and work including moving her family to Whistler to hike, ski, and enjoy mountain life. Jennifer has extensive experience in large and small organizations and across many industries including professional services, financial services, municipalities, health care manufacturing, and education. She has distilled her wealth of knowledge and experience to create AIM Changer.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Queen’s University, a certificate in adult training and development (Ontario Institute of Studies in Education, University of Toronto) and is certified to administer the Myers Briggs Type Indicator. Jennifer is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through the Coaches Training Institute.

Rebecca Scott Rawn, RCC

Rebecca has been a leader in the health care industry for more than 15 years. In this ever-changing industry, she has adapted to and led more changes than she can count. She is regarded for her ability to constantly adapt to ‘get things done’ – taking on roles in advocacy, communications, strategy development and operations in government and the private sector. Rebecca has used her wide-ranging skill set, avid curiosity and desire to create meaningful connections to influence politicians, bureaucrats, and corporate leaders to make positive change.  In 2019, she was awarded the McKnight’s Women of Distinction Rising Star award for her achievements in the seniors’ care industry.

Rebecca holds a master’s degree in Public Policy and Public Administration from Ryerson University and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Political Science and Business from Carleton University. She is a Registered Corporate Coach, a Centergy and Laughter Yoga Instructor and holds a Long -Term Care Administrator Certificate. She sits on the Boards of Fiddlehead Care Farms, the Ontario Long-Term Care Association and Home Care Ontario and is an active volunteer with the MS Society.
