Learn how to apply Clear Language and Design (CLAD) best practices by balancing fonts, white space and images. Choose clear wording and formatting so your message will be read and understood at a glance.

Presenter Tracy Defoe
Tracy Defoe is an adult educator who does research, course development and training. She is an advocate for Clear Language and Design and wants to turn you on to clearer communication. Tracy has advised HSRD Canada and the City of Vancouver, among others, on CLAD.
